App Store Submission

We retain the right to publish apps on all supported app stores (Google Play and Apple App Store). Depending on your chosen plan, we will either submit the app through Mobify’s developer account or create a dedicated account under your brand name and logo. If you choose a separate developer account with your brand, you will have full access except for the following actions: creating new apps, uploading production or testing binaries, and unpublishing apps from the app stores.

This ensures that we maintain the ability to remove the app from the app stores if you decide to end your membership with obify or fail to make the membership payment by the renewal date.
